About the Author

Ed Lewis has held various roles as a primary classroom teacher, a NSW curriculum writer and senior education officer, and a numeracy support teacher and consultant. He was also a lecturer in K–6 mathematics education at the Australian Catholic University for 20 years. Since 1988, Ed has written numerous multi-level primary mathematics resources, including the original best-selling series of Daily Workouts – with Natasha Gillard – in 2004.
