Yes, we do! To ensure that your textbooks last and ultimately help your school save money, we offer a variety of book-covering and bookbinding services, including reinforcing and sewing. We can also tailor our services to suit the individual needs of your school.

We cover all books with library-grade plastic. We can also barcode and label books so that they arrive ready for library use.

Yes. We are happy to support and assist schools with their Library resource supplies. Whether the library requires a whole set of books or one copy of a hard-to-find title, no order is too small. We also supply for the whole school!

We work with schools to create a customised Booklist for their students. The Booklist is a collection of specific textbooks and educational resources (both print and/or digital versions) that have been approved by the school. Parents can access your school’s Booklist on our website and simply order what you need directly from us.

Our expert team members are always available – either in person or via phone and email – to offer support and guidance in using the education resources you have chosen. We can also provide training if required.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on a purchase, so we ask that you take your time to make the correct selection for your school or contact us to help you along the way to avoid any errors. We are here to help.

If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us immediately so we can address the situation as soon as possible.

If you consider a supplied product is defective or is not as advertised, please forward the product to our warehouse free of charge with proof of purchase and details of the defect or not-as-advertised objection. We will supply a replacement, or if not possible, a refund will be given.

For Booklist orders, we have a limited refund policy, as specified in the Booklist order details. Please read our full terms and conditions.

Between 12 and 26 months, depending on whether it is a single-year or a staged product.

Only one: When you purchase a subscription for a single user over a 12-month period you receive one digital code that is allocated to only one user.

Quite a few publishers do provide a reactivation service, which means that digital codes can be renewed at the end of the subscription period. However, this doesn’t apply in all cases. To find out if your digital code is renewable, please contact us here.

Our Single Student Logon System is a personalised digital ‘bookshelf’ for every student. Students only have to remember one logon and one password to access their digital bookshelf both online or offline.

Our team can curate the bookshelf and upload all books and education resources as required by the school or the student.

For in-stock items, your purchase will generally be despatched by trackable Australia Post service in 5 to 7 working days.

For non-stocked items, your purchase will generally be despatched by trackable Australia Post service in 5 to 7 working days after receipt of stock into our warehouse.

Together with your school, we have created a comprehensive Booklist that itemises the book titles – both print and digital versions – as well as additional learning resources and stationery your child needs for their lessons.

Our streamlined system allows you to fill your Booklist order online, browse our digital catalogue, or check out any additional education resources and stationery items that you may like to purchase.

Yes, you can, but first, you need to complete your order online. We’re happy for you to collect your completed order from our Sydney bookstore if it’s a convenient option for you. Please contact us well before you visit to make sure we have your order ready.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are missing items from your order delivery. We will investigate this as a matter of urgency.

Accessing your digital items is easy with our Single Student Logon System. Visit the Endeavour Single Digital Logon Page and simply enter your logon code and password.

There are three different locations on our website where you can access your student logon, but easiest of all, you can just click here to go directly into the cloud.

Your Endeavour Student Logon credentials were sent to you via email. Otherwise, you can retrieve the credentials from the cloud. Follow the ‘forgotten password’ prompts, and you will receive a reminder email. Click here to retrieve your password.

If you think a textbook or resource is missing from your Endeavour Student Logon account, please contact us via our contact link so we can help you. Sometimes a text can be omitted if a publication date is still pending, or if an online order wasn’t placed correctly. Regardless, please let us know if something is missing and we will help you.

Unfortunately, you cannot. Digital subscriptions are valid for either 12 or 24 months, and they have only a single user logon that is attached to a particular student, meaning that they can’t be transferred between people. If you have any questions, please contact us.

If it appears that a digital code is missing from your virtual ‘bookshelf’, please contact Endeavour Education as soon as possible so we can help you. You can contact us via phone, email or here.

All Booklist delivery dates are different. Items are despatched on time, according to the delivery requirements specified by your school. To learn more about our terms and conditions of delivery and returns please click here.

Even if you miss your order date, you can still place your order via our website by following our standard order procedure. However, your purchase will be processed as a late order and will have to go into a queue system.
