Just like his father, Jon has been in the business from the very beginning.
As a teenager, Jon got his first working experience at Endeavour Education, helping to build bookshelves for warehouse stock before moving into the business full-time after he left school, learning how the business operates from the ground up – everything from receiving orders to distribution, sales and invoicing.
Jon then pursued his own career specialising in logistics, while regularly returning to Endeavour Education during his summer holiday to help with the busy back-to-school period.
These days, Jon has returned permanently to the family fold to work alongside his father as Endeavour Education’s Manager.
“I’m excited to come back into the business. The family legacy is very important to me. I feel a sense of responsibility to keep the business operating and delivering a quality service to our customers.
“As a parent myself, I’m personally invested. I understand the education journey that schools, parents and students experience, and I’m dedicated to providing the educational resources that they need.”
In addition to his father’s business acumen and attention to detail and customer service, Jon also appreciates the way his father has fostered excellent relationships with their publishing partners, and also created a work environment that is family-friendly.
As a father of two young children himself, Jon understands how special the working environment at Endeavour Education is.

Together, the staff work as a team delivering a seamless and professional service to schools, parents and students across the country.
Jon says he is driven to achieve his goals for the business and to continue the family legacy. His eldest nephew who has just started university is now also helping in the warehouse during busy times – so the family cycle continues!
